 Mr. Austin is the Managing Member of the General Partner and Portfolio Manager for Bramble Run, Lucerne’s farmland platform. He was previously a Partner and Investment Director at Clear Frontier. Prior to 2019, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Arbor Nutrio. Mr. Austin began his career as an analyst at Rothschild & Co., working in the firm’s asset management and merchant banking division. He received a Bachelor of Science from Fordham University and holds certificates from the Private Equity Institute at the Saïd School of Business, Oxford.  

 Mr. Hovers serves as Chairman of Bramble Run. He is also the Senior Managing Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager for Lucerne Capital Management. Prior to joining Lucerne in 2007, Mr. Hovers was Head of Pan European Small and Mid-Cap Equity Research at ABN AMRO. He also held a position as Head of Benelux Equity Research, and prior to that was a Senior Equity Analyst while at ABN AMRO. Mr. Hovers’ career began as an equity analyst at Rabobank. He received a graduate degree in Economics from the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

 Mr. Moroney is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Bramble Run and Lucerne Capital Management, which he joined in 2014. Prior to Lucerne, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at both Cura Capital and Sankofa Capital, and held a Director role at UBS. He holds a BBA and an MBA from Iona College.

 Mr. Austin is an Analyst at Bramble Run and the Head Trader at Lucerne Capital Management, which he joined in 2021. Prior to Lucerne, he was an FX Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank. While an undergraduate intern, Mr. Austin received published research credit for contributions to Rabobank’s macroeconomic team. He holds BS inFinance from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.

Mr. Van Beurden is an Analyst at Bramble Run and Lucerne Capital Management, which he joined in 2025. He holds his BS in Physics from Maastricht University and a MS in Astronomy and Business from Leiden University.
